Ferry departs Nanaimo every hour on the hour.

Departing Saysutshun

Ferry departs Saysutshun every hour on the half hour.

  • Ferries run every hour from 9:30am to 4:30pm
  • Weekends - Ferries run every hour from 9:30am to 6:30pm

  • Adult $15 Return
  • Senior Citizen $12.50 Return
  • Child (12 and under) $7 Return
  • Toddler/Infant (2 and under) No Charge
  • Pets $5 each
  • Bicycle *(NO electric bikes allowed on Newcastle)* $5 for kids bikes $7 for Adult bikes. We do not transport electric bikes.
  • Equipment & Supplies $2.50 per 50lb increment.
  • Payment Types: Debit, Credit, Cash

Important Info

  • Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash are accepted at the ferry dock.
  • All fares include return to Nanaimo.
  • Nanaimo dock is located at Maffeo Sutton Park.
